APPOINTMENTS
Due to high demand during peak times, we encourage you to book your appointments several weeks in advance to ensure availability with your preferred provider at your ideal time. Prebooking is the best way to secure your spot.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete any necessary intake paperwork. You also have the option to fill out forms in advance via email.
If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible so we can adjust your appointment accordingly.
CONSULTATIONS
We offer every client a complimentary consultation with one of our experienced providers. A consultation with a licensed professional is required before any service, and all treatment recommendations are tailored based on your individual assessment.
During your consultation, you can expect:
A detailed discussion of suitable treatment options, including potential benefits and risks
A personalized treatment plan with clear, goal-oriented recommendations
We believe well-informed clients with realistic expectations achieve the best results. Our commitment is to provide expert guidance and customized care to help you look and feel your very best.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders and kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule .Missed Appointments
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, or arriving 15+ minutes late will be marked as missed and will result in a $30 fee.
RETURN POLICY
Beautiful Body Medspa offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Products purchased through our partner websites must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please follow the return instructions provided by the partner website.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
GIFT CARDS
Treat gift cards like cash. Beautiful Body Medspa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Birthday Credit Policy
Current clients are eligible for a $30 credit during their birthday month recieved via email or text, valid toward any service or product.
Proof of birthdate may be required.
Credit must be used within the birthday month — no extensions.
Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Cannot be applied to cancellation fees or no-show appointments.
Ultraslim Policy Validity Under New Ownership
Effective Date: May 1, 2024
Ultraslim Sessions and Packages Purchased Prior to January 1, 2020
Ultraslim sessions and packages purchased under the previous ownership before January 1, 2020, are no longer valid and will not be honored or redeemed.We are not responsible for purchases made before the change in ownership.
Ultraslim Sessions and Packages Purchased Between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2023
Ultraslim sessions and packages purchased between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2023, must be used by December 31, 2025.
Any remaining or unused sessions after this date will expire and become invalid. We are not responsible for purchases made before the change in ownership.
Ultraslim Sessions and Packages Purchased On or After January 1, 2024
All Ultraslim sessions and packages purchased on or after January 1, 2024, will be valid for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
Sessions not used within this time frame will expire and cannot be redeemed thereafter.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Beautiful Body Medspa reserves the right to change, modify, or update this policy at any time, with or without prior notice.
