Giveaway Terms and Conditions, Late, and No-Show Policy

1. Eligibility: Each month, two clients are randomly selected to receive a complimentary service valued up to $150. No purchase is necessary, and all clients are automatically entered.

2. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via their preferred contact method. You must claim your prize within 7 days of notification. Failure to claim within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

3. Redemption Period: Once claimed, the complimentary service must be used within 30 days. After 30 days, the prize will expire, and no extensions will be granted.

4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your complimentary service, we may shorten your appointment or reschedule. The offer will still expire after 30 days.

5. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled complimentary service without prior notice, the prize will be forfeited, and you will no longer be eligible to redeem it.

6. Cancellation Notice: To avoid forfeiting your complimentary service, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other services.

By accepting the prize, winners agree to these terms and conditions.
