Pre Care Instructions
Before Your Appointment:
- Try not to eat for at least 1 hour before your visit.
- Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
- Avoid applying creams, fragrances, or makeup if that area is being treated.
- After your treatment, wait 2 hours before eating again.
When You Arrive:
- Come about 15 minutes early so you can complete any remaining paperwork, including a quick health history form (if you haven’t already done it online).
During Your Treatment
Pre-Treatment Measurements:
Before we begin, we’ll take measurements of specific areas using our approved Client Measurement Form.
Getting Ready:
You’ll be asked to remove clothing, keeping on undergarments to cover areas not being treated. We recommend wearing cotton clothing for comfort. Only the areas being treated will be exposed to the light—any areas where fat is to remain will be covered, as the light does not penetrate through fabric.
During Your Session:
A certified technician will position the light on the targeted areas. Each session lasts 32 minutes and covers up to four areas.
Post-Treatment Instructions
Post Treatment Measurements:
After your session, we’ll take updated measurements and record them on your Client Measurement Form to track your progress. You are welcome to use our whole-body lymphatic drainage machine for up to 10 minutes. This provides the same benefits as a 40-minute cardio workout—like pain relief, better muscle and bone health, and improved blood sugar levels.
Aftercare Tips:
To support your body’s natural detox process, we recommend:
- Drinking at least 64 oz of water daily
- Taking a milk thistle supplement (500–1000 mg per day)
Ongoing Treatments:
At each visit, we’ll check your progress and chat about how things are going.

My husband, Terry, (age 72) and I (age 67) are both retired and very active. We decided to try Beautiful Body Laser out of curiosity. After our first visit, when we could tell a difference in how our clothes fit, we were hooked. My husband has a pacemaker and I have diabetes, so naturally I had health questions. The answers I received were forthright, which made me feel more comfortable about the whole process. We were eating semi-healthy due to y diabetes, but once starting Beautiful Body Laser, my husband has started watching his diet more closely. After 8 sessions (a few more to go), my husband has lost a total of 2-6/8 inches and I have lost a total of 6-5/8 inches. I have to admit, we weren't really keeping track of inches reduced. We just knew clothes that didn't fit before now fit. One big plus for me was the fact that I was able to wear a wedding ring that I hadn't been able to fit on my finger in at least 5 years. The other plus was that I have a waist line again. For health reasons, my husband and I already keep track of our weight on a daily basis. But we are both pleased to see our weight reducing. The weight loss after 8 sessions for my husband 11-1/2 pounds and for me 6-1/2 pounds. This may not seem like a lot of weight or inches lost, but I want to emphasize as I stated previously, my husband and I are very active. He goes to the gym Monday-Friday and I do strength/weight training twice a week and exercise boot camp once a week. We also have an exercise area in our basement that we put to use morning and evening (even on weekends). So we are definitely losing fat and inches while increasing our muscle mass and are satisfied with the results of our program. The bottom line is I can definitely tell a difference in how Terry's shirts fit and he tells me he likes the way my jeans fit. All in all, Beautiful Body Laser DOES WORK and we are glad our curiosity won out.

I was pleasantly surprised that I lost a pound and a half my upper abs I lost a little over 2 , my midsection abdomens area I lost a little over 1 inch and around my waist I lost 2/8 of an inch and in my hips I was 6/8 of an inch for a total of five inches Everyone was very nice and explained everything very informative about what to do how to lose. How to eat it cleaner to help with the weight loss process. I actually fell asleep during the laser session. I also enjoyed the the vibrating machine they put me on it felt really good. Relived some the sciatic pain that I have in my hip. I was very impressed with the whole process and I would suggest that you come and try it out and see how many pounds and inches you can lose. ☺️
